Proper Lemonade

• 1 part Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
• 4 parts Lemonade

Directions: Fill glass with ice. Add Proper No. Twelve and lemonade. Garnish with a slice on lemon.

Proper Peaches

• 2 parts Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
• 1/2 part simple syrup
• 1 peach, diced
• 3-4 mint leaves
• Splash of soda water

Directions: Muddle peaches, simple syrup & mint leaves in a shaker. Add Proper No. Twelve and fill a shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with a splash of soda water. Garnish with mint leaves and a peach slice.

Proper Palmer

• 2 parts Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey 
• 2 parts Lemonade
• 2 parts Iced Tea

Directions: Pour Proper No. Twelve over ice. Add lemonade and iced tea. Stir. Garnish with lemon slice.
