Taking enough fluid while working from home will help you remain hydrated. And staying hydrated—if you aren’t aware—boast of several health benefits, including improved mood and cognition, quality sleep, etc. So, always ensure you stick to the recommended fluid intake of 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) per day if you are a man and 11.5 (2.7 liters) of fluids a day if you are a woman.
