St. Patrick’s Day is coming up and with or without parades, there’s still a reason to celebrate! This year, more people are mixing their festive cocktails themselves at home, so it’s more important than ever to have recipes at the ready which is why we want to share this delicious cocktail from Knob Creek Bourbon.

Knob Creek Ginger + Lime

• 2 parts Knob Creek Rye
• 1 part fresh-squeezed ginger juice
• 1/2 part fresh-squeezed lime juice
• 1 part simple syrup
• Club soda to fill

Directions: Combine all ingredients, excluding club soda, into a highball glass. Add ice and stir. Top glass with club soda. Garnish with a slice of lime.
