New Years Sparkler served at Margaritaville Resort Orlando
- 1.25 Oz Red Berry vodka
- 1.00 Oz Pomegranate juice
- Filled to completion with Prosecco
- Garnish and or Rim: Three skewered raspberries dropped into the glass.
Build: Add Redberry vodka and Pomegranate into a shaker with ice, give a healthy shake. Pour the contents into a champagne glass. Fill to completion with Prosecco, while allowing room for the garnish to be dropped into the glass.
Citrus Resolution served at Margaritaville Resort Orlando
- 1.50 Oz Grey Goose Citron
- 1.00 Oz Ripe Lemon Sour
- Squeeze of simple syrup
- Filled to completion with Prosecco
- Garnish and or Rim: Rim champagne glass with sugar, garnish with a lemon twist.
Build: Add Citrus vodka, Ripe lemon sour, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice. Give a healthy shake. Strain contents into a champagne glass, fill to completion with Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist.
The Ball Drop served at Margaritaville Resort Orlando
- 1.50 Oz Knob Creek Bourbon Whiskey
- 4.00 Oz Ocean Spray White Cranberry Juice
- Broken rosemary spring
- Healthy squeeze of Honey infused syrup
- Garnish and or Rim: Rosemary spring & Orange slice
Build: Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice, Give a healthy shake. Strain contents into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with rosemary spring and orange.
