The 4th of July is just around the corner so if you haven’t begun making plans now is the time! In addition to gathering a group of friends or family, plans should include refreshing food and drinks, like the two yummy cocktails below! Enjoy!
Sparkling Cognac
- ¾ parts Courvoisier® V.S.O.P Cognac
- 2 dashes Angostura® bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- Champagne
- Lemon peel for garnish
Method: Soak sugar cube in bitters, drop into glass and add cognac. Top with Champagne and garnish with a lemon peel (optional).
Plus One
- 1 ½ parts Courvoisier® V.S. Cognac
- 4 parts San Pellegrino® Pomegranate/Blood Orange
- Orange slice for garnish
Method: Pour cognac in a glass, add ice and top with San Pellegrino®. Garnish with an orange slice.
