The Coconut Margarita – Take your tastebuds on a tropical vacation without leaving the backyard barbecue this July 4th
- 2 oz Santo Reposado
- ½ oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- Garnish: Dehydrated Lime Wheel | Edible Flowers
Method: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add, tequila, Cointreau, coconut cream, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish.
Mezca-Fresca Margarita – This cocktail puts the red in red, white, and booze
- 2 oz Santo Mezquila
- 0.5 oz Cointreau
- 2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 oz Strawberry Puree
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- Garnish: Raspberry Salt Rim Quartered Strawberries Lime Wheel
Method: Rim 16oz glass with raspberry salt blend, fill with ice, and set aside. Fill mixing glass 2/3 with ice and add mezquila, Cointreau, strawberry puree, lime juice, and simple syrup. Cap mixing glass with shaker tin and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain contents from shaker tin into rimmed 16oz glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and strawberries.
