The Toolcard by Lever Gear is one of those things that are a must-have on this year's Christmas list. Not only do I love this gadget for myself, but I can think of several people that would love one as well. Great stocking stuffers!
I have to say that over the years I've seen similar items but none have had so many tools included nor have they been the quality that Lever Gear Toolcard has provided. With the Toolcard, I don't worry about being without something I may need in a pinch, because this handy little gem has 40 different tools included. Wow!
Here are a few examples of the tools included in this credit card size tool:
- 8 Metric Wrenches
- 8 Inch Wrenches
- 8 Open End Wrenches
- Bottle Opener
- Can Opener
- Cord Cutter
- Small Phillips Screwdriver
- Small Flathead Screwdriver
- Large Flathead Screwdriver
- Metric Ruler
- Inch Ruler
- Straight Edge / Scraper
- 1/4" Hex Bit Holder
- Pry Bar with Nail Puller
- Circle Drawing Template
- Money Clip
As I said above the quality is outstanding. I've used a similar gadget only to find that when too much pressure was applied the gadget broke. The Toolcard is made from heat treated 420 stainless steel which means it won't bend with normal use. Every single feature on this Toolcard was designed for optimal functionality no matter what job needs to be done.
I'm not one to normally carry around tools but as a single mom, having the right tool hand at all times is awesome! This tool isn't just for the guys...women have plenty of uses for it as well. One of my favorite features is the screwdrivers. Whether I'm tightening a screw on my kitchen cabinet or fixing one of my kid's toys, it is small enough to fit in my purse and definitely comes in handy quite often.
Another feature that is really cool but not one I expected from a product like the Toolcard, is that it can open a can...yes...a can! It's super sharp and can open a can of veggies quickly. Although my Toolcard is one of my most used gadgets around the house, it's also one that I would be packing for a camping trip as well. I can only imagine how many uses I would find for it while out in the wilderness.
There's still time to get a few for those on your Christmas list! Visit the Lever Gear website and be sure to connect with Lever Gear on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest!
