National Women’s Health Week with Colgate! #MyColgateSelfie

During the past couple of years, I've started to think about my overall health a lot more than I used to and have also realized that I need to take steps to ensure that I stay as healthy as possible not only for myself but also for my children.

There are so many small steps to making certain changes in my life that include taking care of my mind, body and spirit. One thing that I've learned to do is to take care of a Mom, I've always put myself last on the list of priorities and basically denied myself the opportunities to have a life outside of being a Mom. Of course, my kids still come first, but I'm a priority as well! In addition to getting more sleep, eating healthier and working out, I've been much more serious about my oral health and thanks to Colgate products, I know that I'm doing the best I can for the health of my mouth and teeth.

This week is super special as it's been designated as National Women's Health Week and Colgate is inviting women across the country to pledge to put their health first. Colgate also knows how difficult it can be to balance everything so they have made it extremely easy to make effective changes and take the necessary steps to improve our oral health by using Colgate Total Daily Repair products. As a long time fan of Colgate products, I've teamed up with them to share the benefits of Colgate Total Daily Repair toothpaste, mouthwash, and toothbrushes. These awesome health care products help to reduce everyday damage to our teeth and gums while freshening our breath. Not only does Colgate repair damage but it also strengthens teeth by remineralizing weakened enamel and fighting plaque, tartar build-up, and gingivitis.

So, during this particular week (and beyond!) let's all take the pledge to "Refresh, Restore and Repair" our oral health and show your #MyColgateSelfie! Click here to access a valuable coupon to save 75 cents on the new Colgate Total Daily Repair Mouthwash and Toothpaste.
