Two Delicious Cocktails to Go Green for This Earth Day!

April 22nd is the day that we celebrate Earth Day with activities and practices that are great for the environment, but wouldn't it be awesome if we were to "go green" everyday and not just on one designated day throughout the year?

There are so many things we can do as individuals and as a family to celebrate the beautiful planet that we live on in addition to doing things that will make Earth a better place to live. By incorporating a few fun and beneficial activities into our daily lives, we will eventually become accustomed to living "green" and no longer celebrate just one day out of the year ~ we will be celebrating on a daily basis! Awesome!

Here are a few suggestions to get everyone started, with the most common being to plant a tree. Although this may sound a bit cliche, by planting just one tree per year, you can give back to the planet in very simple way. There are groups all over the world who get together and plant trees or you can simply plant one in your own back yard! Another suggestion is to volunteer your time with an environmentally friendly organization. There are countless charities everywhere that not only work to raise money but also engage in different earth friendly activities. No matter what you decide to do this Earth Day, don't forget to celebrate YOU at the end of the day. Throw and Earth Day party or invite friends or family over for a small gathering but don't forget the beverages! Sauza Tequila and Skinnygirl are also prepared to celebrate Earth Day with refreshing cocktails that incorporate the fresh flavors of garden grown ingredients, perfect for toasting to the occasion!
