Celebrate with Spirits ? Day of the Dead Recipes & Party Tips from Sauza Tequila‏

If you're looking to celebrate the Day of the Dead with spirits (the cocktail kind!), Sauza Tequila has created some festive drink recipes and compiled a few party tips to help you pull of the perfect Dia de los Muertos bash! Get your soiree started with a toast to the living and the dead. Margaritas inspired by the holiday, like the Moonlit Margarita, Marigold Margarita, Sugar Skull Margarita and Catrina's Classic Margarita, will all have those on the other side wishing they could come back for a little sip!

Give your celebration life with a few party tips for your Day of the Dead gathering. Friends and family will be so impressed with your set up that they may be inspired to do the same next year.

Marigolds are said to guide the spirits back home and can be incorporated into your party decor to create a fun space or a festive floral crown for you as the hostess! Dress the part and paint your face to represent the iconic Sugar Skull. This can be so much fun and with so many different designs, you can let your imagination run wild! Sauza has created a quick how-to-video to give a little inspiration.

In addition to preparing a party food spread, pay homage to the holiday's country of origin by serving up traditional favorites like Pan De Muerto or "Bread of the Dead" for your guests enjoyment. As with many of the Day of the Dead traditions, this particular bread can be made a variety of different ways. This easy Bread of the Dead recipe is ideal for getting started but feel free to experiment to suit your own tastes!
