Enjoy Red, White & Blue #Cocktails to Toast to Independence Day! #4thofJuly @SauzaTequila

The 4th of July...it's that one day a year that Americans from all over the country recognize and celebrate America's independence by watching spectacular fireworks shows, eating a buffet of BBQ and other tasty dishes, spending time with good friends and family and of course sipping on a few festive cocktails along the way. 


Make this 4th of July amazing with Red, White and Blue cocktails from Sauza Tequila! Whether you're hosting your own Independence Day celebration, having a backyard BBQ or escaping on a weekend getaway with family or friends, be sure to have a great tasting cocktail in hand to toast to your patriotism in style! 

We have three awesome cocktails from Sauza Tequila and each one is designed to take your celebration to the next level. So get the grill fired up and the fireworks and sparklers on standby, and even if you didn't plan on a gathering for the ultimate patriotic party, mix up a few of these cocktails to beat the heat of summer. Each cocktail recipe below is super simple to make and all three include a a variety of refreshing ingredients for flavor and a bit of ambiance. These three rockin' beverages are made to impress! 

50 States Sipper
  • 2 parts Sauza Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
  • 2 parts crisp white wine
  • 1 part lemon-lime soda
  • 1/2 part hibiscus syrup
  • Lemon wheel on the rim (for garnish)
Preparation: In a glass, build in order over ice while stirring before serving. To make syrup, simply soak dried flowers in simple syrup for 10 minutes and strain to remove flowers, or purchase pre-made hibiscus syrup like Monin's. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Constitution Cooler
  • 1 part Sauza Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
  • 1 part JDK and Sons O3 Premium Orange Liqueur
  • 1 cup seedless watermelon, chilled and cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup ice
  • Watermelon wedge (for garnish)
Preparation: Freeze cubed watermelon in a plastic bag for a minimum of 2 hours. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. Serve in glasses rimmed with salt and garnish with a watermelon wedge. Salud!

Freedom Rings
  • 1 part Sauza Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
  • 2 parts frozen lemonade
  • 1 2/3 parts light beer
  • Cherries (for garnish)
  • Lime wedge (for garnish)
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a glass filled with ice. Garnish with cherries and a lime wedge and enjoy!
