Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day ~ #VeryBadDay

Have you ever had a really bad day? I mean a REALLY bad day?

Anyone who knows me, knows that I love to laugh and am always in the mood for a great comedy. This movie is definitely a keeper...not only is it hilarious, but it features a few of my favorite actors like Jennifer Garner and Steve Carrel (he's awesome!)

About the movie:
Disney's heartwarming comedy will have your entire family laughing out loud. Based on the best-selling book, it follows the exploits of Alexander as he experiences the most terrible and horrible day of his young life and wonders if bad things only happen to him. But he discovers he's not alone when his dad, mom and family live through their own terrible ~ and hilarious ~ day! It will tickle everyone's funny bone, and warm their hearts as they discover how even on rotten days, families can grow closer.

I guess I can safely say that we all have bad days and we all have good days. The key is to no let those bad days get the best of you and to appreciate the good days...and your family! My two sons and I watched this movie together and although my five year old was not really into it, my nine year old thought it was funny and he really enjoyed it. Spending time together is what it's all about after all. I can attest from having two college aged daughters that you should most certainly cherish the time you have with your children and family as those times eventually become memories. My girls and I are close but as they've grown up, they have also gained independence and a life of their own, which is what they should do, right? Of course!

Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day is a must-see-movie for the entire family! The boys and I spent the evening watching the movie, eating yummy snacks and playing with some awesome #VeryBadDay themed toys...an Alligator Ring Toss Game, A 3D Puzzle and a really cool LEGO set! Check out the LEGO Sydney Opera House that my son, Dominic put together! He is the LEGO King in our house and wouldn't let anyone in on the assembly.

We also had fun making ice cream sundaes, since that was part of Alexander's birthday wish!

Since Valentine's Day is coming up in a few days, we also have this fun Valentine's Day Survival Kit, just in time for the big day. Enjoy a healthy dinner recipe, Valentine's Day cards and more!

Be sure to get this funny family Disney movie on Blu-ray Combo Pack, Digital HD, Disney Movies Anywhere and On-Demand!
