"Lose Weight Without Dieting" ~ Android App #health #fitness

Losing weight is a struggle for some of us and just the thought of having to diet is not something I want to face. Counting calories and figuring out which foods are good and which foods need to be cut out of my meal plan is almost exhausting.


Thank goodness that I found this amazing Android App that basically does all of this for me! It's called "Lose Weight Without Dieting" and it's a super easy to use calorie counter that provides me with a fun and comfortable way to lose weight. All I need to do is record my meals in the app and it tells me whether or not my meal was healthy. Awesome! It even goes a step further by calculating the calories, proteins, fats and carbs for me! I love that because I'm a busy parent, like I'm sure most of your are and I don't have time to figure all of this stuff out on a daily basis which is the reason that I've given up on so many past dieting efforts.



If you're thinking "Is that all it does?" well, NO...it's not! This awesome little app also records how much time I spend running, jumping or even swimming...all of my exercise to recalculate my dietary intake everyday. So basically, even if you aren't sure how to eat healthy or which exercises will be the most effective on your quest for getting into shape, this app will suggest customized nutrition and a training plan to help you along the way. All you need to do is follow the suggestions and you will be on your way to achieving your goals!
