Bake your own Bread at Home! #GlutenFree @Breadnmorels

Homemade bread is something that brings back childhood memories and thoughts of my Grandmother, not to mention the unmatched taste of the bread compared to store-bought products. I absolutely love the taste of fresh, homemade bread so when I had the opportunity to review products from Luce's Gluten Free Artisan Bread, I was really excited! 

I received two different types of bread to make, although one I gave to my daughter and didn't get the pictures. I made the Classic Sourdough Bread...Yum! It was so easy to make, unlike baking bread the way my Grandmother did long ago. Simply mix the flour with water and let it rise and bake...easy peasy!

The signature blend of the Classic Sourdough bread makes a tart, tasty, light tan bread with a firm, crisp crust and nicely textured, moderately moist crumb. The mix is totally lean with no added sugar and each package makes enough loaf for four people to enjoy over dinner or snack!
