5:2 and Training Review and Giveaway!

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season.  Its all over now, so you know what that means!!! Time to get our butts back into shape.  Yes, yes I know.  I personally gained 7 pounds over the last couple of months (EEEEWWWWWW) and this upcoming nasty weather is NOT motivating me to get out and move any either.  So, I decided to read an eBook and get myself moving again. Let me tell you, I get bored with the same routine (other than running.  I could run every day and be fine with it, as long as its warm out!) so I like to read different methods to losing weight and toning up.

This book was really great for me to read because I tend to lose weight with the same method that he has presented in his book.  Basically you "fast" for two days, and return to a regular (healthy!) diet for 5 days.  Three days a week you exercise (a high intensity interval training).  During your fasting days, you are restricted to only 500 calories for a woman and 600 for a man.  I will be giving this method a shot over the next couple of weeks, and I look forward to sharing my results!
