The True Nature of Energy ~ Transforming Anxiety Into Tranquility ~ Book Review & Giveaway!

Anyone who loves to read has a favorite author or two, and I happen to have a couple including Diane Wing. Every time I read one of her amazing books, I feel strongly connected and compelled to keep reading more. 

Her newest book is titled The True Nature of Energy: Transforming Anxiety Into Tranquility.  In her book she tells us how the energies around us are most likely the source of our anxiety and how we can interpret the energies around us. Things happen and we have certain feelings but most of us don't know how to interpret them. For instance, that "bad feeling" that you may around a certain person, or place. The reason for this feeling is most likely that the person or environment contains bad energy an is exhausting your own energy, therefore, causing anxiety within your self. 



Diane has created the Wing Vibrations Scale Quiz, which is a series of questions about yourself or situations. After answering you simply use the Scale Interpretation Level to see where your score falls. She also notes that one person is not necessarily on just one level. For instance, my level was a 6.8, which means I can fall into a 6 or 7, but I lean more toward the 7. I can certainly tell you that the scale is accurate. Much of what she describes on the levels are things I can relate to in my own life. 

This book will teach you, as it has taught me, to focus on advanced energetics, remove unnecessary emotion, an enable yourself to see others more objectively. The key is to fully take charge of your life and destiny by learning to sense and direct the energies around you. You can't control others, but you can certainly control those you are around and if they are giving off negativity, it does not need to invade your own energy and cause anxiety.
