Yoga Paws Review!

Yoga Paws is a completely revolutionary idea, started by mother and daughter team, Gail and Jamie Getzwiller. The idea is that yoga can be practiced anywhere, whether at home, in the office or while travelling away from home. There is no longer a need for a yoga mat, because the mat is attached to your hands and feet.

 I'm a yoga newbie...I bought the mat and a DVD at the same time, with the idea that yoga would be a great way for me to not only get in some much needed exercise, but also the very much needed meditation and peace of mind. Upon receiving my Yoga Paws to review, I have never again used my mat! The Yoga Paws are awesome as they are basically mini-mats attached to your hands and feet. The paws are available in four different sizes, and four different colors. I chose Purple, because I just love the color and what better way to be inspired to start exercising and to keep up with one of my New Year's Resolutions!

As a newbie, I have started with many of the easier poses and hope to work my way up to the super cool poses that I've seen, especially on the Yoga Paws website. The Yoga Paws are amazing, I can't imagine going back to using my yoga mat after reviewing and trying these.
