I was so happy to get the chance to review these. I have to admit that when it comes to certain things I am Stuck in 1943. I have so many kitchen tools that are handed down and they still work. I am not still using a bag phone, although I did just finally upgrade to a Smartphone. I love it now that I have it and realize I need to step into the present with my kitchen items. I still use a Pressure cooker quite frequently also.
This product review was absolutely one of my favorites! I chose to review the Dawgs Flip Flops, and the color I chose was black. Even in the box, Dawgs are impressive! They come in a really cool shoe box with a handle, I really loved the box and couldn't throw it away as I normally do with a shoe box.
Now to the shoes...totally awesome! They are so comfortable, not at all like your average flip flop. I've owned everything from cheap dollar store flip flops to expensive name brand sport flip flops and I can honestly say that the Dawgs rank up at the top of the list!

I was recently given the opportunity to review this unusual product. I have to say that I was intrigued by this bra liner and eager to try it out! I also gave one to my mother to try out so that I could get a second, unbiased opinion.
The Pambra Bra Liners are extremely comfortable and not at all bothersome. This product is not only great for absorbing perspiration, but also for that bra that we all own...you know, the one that we love, but the wire makes it unbearable to wear for too long? This product is a cure for both problems.
I can honestly say that there is not even one negative aspect about the Pambra Bra Liner. I would definitely recommend the bra liners to anyone who suffers from perspiration or any uncomfortable wire issues!
This DVD may be one of the most effective tools today if you are trying to figure out how to get your toddler to try fruits and vegetables. My son, Tristan is 2 1/2 and is somewhat of a good eater, but there are those foods that just look strange to him and he won't even attempt to eat. The first time we watched the DVD together, he wanted to watch the foods he was familiar with, tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries and apples. I convinced him to watch the other segments and we watched them over and over again! The next day we had broccoli for dinner and Tristan tried it with no problem or fuss! Amazing!
Like the old saying goes, "Monkey see, Monkey do". By watching these children eating such colorful and interesting foods, my toddler was more apt to do the same. What a great concept! I highly recommend this DVD to anyone struggling with children's eating habits.

Have you ever looked at the labels on the food that you buy in the grocery store? I mean really look? Would you know what you're looking for? Well, I thought I did. Not only was I surprised at some of the poor choices I had been making for my family, but shocked at a few items that I thought were ok!
The book lists ingredients on a chart called "The Scary Seven". They are as follows:
HFCS: High Fructose Corn Syrup (AKA glucose-fructose in Canada)
TRANS-FATS: Anything listed as "partially hydrogenated" or "hydrogenated" (this includes vegetable shortening)
MSG: Monosodium glutamate
ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS: Any artificial flavoring
ARTIFICIAL COLORS:Any type of artificial dyes
ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS: Chemical sweeterners including Aspartame, Splenda (sucralose), Ace-K (Acesulfame Potassium), Saccharine, etc.)
Peanut Butter (my favorite brand!). This product contained Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil. I guess I should have known this one, but was totally unaware, as the taste is delicious.
Ranch Style Beans. Aren't beans supposed to be healthy? The can actually boasts the healthy aspects of buying this product, but after looking at the ingredients, I found they contained Hydrogenated Cottonseed and Soybean Oil.
Ken's Italian Dressing. This just always sounds so "fresh" to me! But alas, the "bad" ingredients I found were Sodium Benzoate and Calcium Disodium.
Those were just a few of the many in my household and I have to say that the next time I shop for my family's food, I will certainly be more careful. The items above will not be in my shopping cart, as I will be searching for a more healthy alternative for each product.
