Book Review: The True Nature of Tarot~Your Path to Personal Empowerment

When I heard about the opportunity to review this book, I was definitely interested. I have always been fascinated with the paranormal and so this book review was perfect for me.

Diane Wing, the author, has an extensive psychology and metaphysics background and she has been reading tarot cards for over twenty-five years. She disputes the idea that tarot cards are used to predict one's future, and actually contends that the cards should be used only for enlightenment into one's self.

Throughout my childhood and after, I was lead to believe that tools such as tarot cards were used for evil purposes. I no longer believe that theory. Tarot cards, like everything else in life, can be used for good or bad, depending on the person. In this book, Diane talks about and instruct you how to find your spiritual energy and awareness and in now way encourages evil. 

Diane also writes about the importance of preparing for the readings, how to place the cards, how to interpret the cards and the meanings behind each card. This book is an amazing insight to the spiritual world of tarot cards and I recommend the book to anyone with an interest in tarot card readings.
